Club History
The Internet Stock Exchange Investment Club was an idea created by Peter Messina in 1997 as part of a class project at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
Through the years, The Club has progressed, was revamped, modified, and now enjoys continued notoriety.
March 1997 | The organization name The Internet Stock Exchange Investment Club was registered in Waynesboro, Virginia |
May 1997 | The domain name worldstockexchange.com was obtained by Peter Messina. Interestingly, this domain name was not Mr. Messina's original desired domain, but a fourth choice that was settled on. |
October, 1998 | The Club was organized in the State of Maryland |
July, 2006 | The Club was registered in the State of Maryland |
May, 2009 | The Club was registered in the State of Georgia |
